So I set out to build what we were all looking for: a space where mentorship, knowledge, and encouragement could flow in every direction — not just one.
WPMG began with a simple but powerful belief: that peer support and collective growth can transform careers — and change what leadership looks like in tech.
Today, the Guild is more than a network. It’s a movement of women across MENA who are building, leading, mentoring, and lifting one another up — together.
